This space was created with love, intention, and care.

It exists so that all sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions, and racial and ethnic backgrounds can show up fully as themselves—seen, valued, and celebrated for who they are.

We believe liberation is collective. We believe care is political. And we believe that building a safer world starts with how we treat one another, every single day.

What We Hold Close

-Intersectionality

We understand that no one moves through the world with just one identity. Our experiences are shaped by race, gender, sexuality, class, ability, and so much more. When we show up for one another, we do so with the understanding that fighting harm in one place means fighting it everywhere.

-Safety and Affirmation

This is meant to be a space where you can breathe, soften, and be real. Where your body, your voice, and your truth are welcome. We are committed to creating an environment where people feel physically and emotionally safe to express themselves without fear.

-Anti-Racism

We name systemic racism, anti-Blackness, and white supremacy culture because healing requires honesty. We are committed to unlearning harm, interrupting oppressive patterns, and building something better together—inside this space and beyond it.

-All Genders. All Sexualities. Always.

We joyfully welcome people across the full spectrum of gender identities and sexual orientations, including Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and non-binary folks. Language grows. Understanding evolves. And we are committed to growing right alongside it.

-Community and Empowerment

This space is about connection. About gathering, learning, resting, celebrating, and imagining freer futures together. Through events, conversations, and shared experiences, we support self-exploration and collective care.

-Accountability and Growth

We don’t believe in perfection. We believe in responsibility. We listen when harm is named, we own our missteps, and we stay open to learning. Accountability here is about repair, not punishment—and about choosing each other again and again.

-How We Care for One Another

Harm, harassment, or attacks of any kind are not welcome here and will not be tolerated. We have to be better than what we have previously endured as a community .

We choose love. We choose healing. We choose to lead with empathy, kindness, compassion, and curiosity.

We are always open to respectful, and honest dialogue. We are listening. We are learning. We are growing. Mistakes will happen—but how we respond to them, how we care for one another through them, is what shapes us as individuals and as a community.
